General Contracting

Responsible for managing and building Commercial and Residential projects designed by award winning architects. HBC oversees all the important aspects of the renovation or a building project, as well as manages and hires subcontractors and all other labor within the construction project. HBC will be the supervisor of the entire project and will ensure that the subcontractors are doing their job and being paid for it correctly and in a timely manner.

Design-Build

HB Construction will deliver a project through the design and construction phase. We have the single point of responsibility to minimize risks for the project owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project.
